Description

Discover the world of the modern cowboy! Ride away on your horse and enjoy a delicious authentic western-style barbecue!

Get on your horse or climb aboard a carriage and explore the surroundings of Sulphur Mountain. Then, stop off at the bottom of Sundance Canyon. There, you will enjoy a delicious barbecue prepared by real cowboys.

Your return journey will be along the banks of the Bow River.

Good to know

  • Seasonal activity: Available every day, from May to October only
  • Departure point: Warner Stables in Banff
     
  • Children under 8 years of age are not allowed to ride the horses
  • Children who participate in the tour will ride their own horse or sit in a carriage; they can not sit in front of or behind an adult
  • People who weigh more than 113kg/230lbs are not permitted to take part in this activity
  • Please arrive at the stables at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
  • Closed shoes, trousers and weather-appropriate clothes are recommended
