  • Availability: the pass is valid for 9 days starting from the date of first use. It can be used every day
  • The CityPASS® Ticket comes in the form of a flash code to present at each attraction, either on your mobile phone or on a printed page (1 flash code per person). It will be sent to you by email
  • You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book the pass, but your mobile ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase​
  • CityPASS® tickets include admission to New England Aquarium and Museum of Science, plus 2 of the following attractions: Boston Harbor City Cruises, View Boston Observation Deck, Franklin Park Zoo, or Harvard Museum of Natural History
  • Most attractions require advanced reservations. We recommend that you book early to guarantee availability
  • Each ticket is valid for one entry
  • Cancellations/refunds are available on unused CityPASS® tickets within 365 days from purchase date. Note: tickets with usage includes tickets with advanced reservations and/or tickets that have been scanned for entry at any attraction.
