Description

Discover Mexico's most famous site with a sunrise tour of Chichen Itza. Avoid the crowds in the company of a professional archaeological guide, then head off to a Cenote!

After an early morning transfer from the coast, you'll drive to the centre of the Yucatan Peninsula towards Chichen Itza, an ancient Mayan city that is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The perfect opportunity to enjoy the site without crowds of tourists.

On the tour menu: the Temple of Jaguars, the Temple of Warriors, as well as the famous Temple of Kukulkan pyramid. Your professional guide's anecdotes and commentary will teach you more about the Mayan civilization, its human sacrifices, architecture and sports.

After the visit, you can enjoy a relaxing break in a Cenote. Cenotes are natural sinkholes created by the erosion of limestone and are partially filled with fresh water.

A packed lunch is provided and at the end of the tour, you'll be dropped off at the departure point.
