You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the starting point of your walking tour in the centre of Cartagena. You will start by visiting the historical centre of the city, an old colonial walled city facing the sea. You will have the opportunity to admire the unusual architecture and culture, which has earned the city a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You will continue your visit to the famous clock tower and its yellow walls. This is one of the most famous architectural symbols of the city and thousands of people pass through this monument. You will then go to "Plaza de Los Coches" the square that is home to the statue of Pedro de Heredia, the Spanish conquistador who founded this city.
You will walk to Bolivar Park, pass the Zenu gold museum and the church of San Pedro Claver. Throughout your visit, your guide will tell you about the cultural history of Cartagena de Indias. You will be taken back to your hotel at the end of your tour.
