Your excursion will begin by a boat trip during which you will be able to admire the beautiful views of the coastline from the sea, including the town of Villefranche sur Mer, its old town and citadel, the Cape Ferrat and its majestic villas...
Once arrived in a zone particularly rich in fauna and flora, you can prepare for the activity of your choice →
- Apnea initiation: the session is organized in 3 parts. You will first have a warm-up period organized in different workshops to learn about the different disciplines involved with apnea. You will then apply the techniques you have learnt as you set off to discover the local fauna.
- Subaquatic swim: after a brief explanation of technique and gearing up with flippers, a mask and snorkel - head off on a swim accompanied by an expert sports instructor specialized in marine biology. The instructor will reveal certain mysteries of marine-life in the Mediterranean throughout the excursion.
