Go and meet the whales on a catamaran cruise in Oahu!

Each year, from December to April, millions of whales migrate through the islands of Hawaii. Departing from Kewalo Port (on the south coast) or from Waianae (on the west coast), you will board a catamaran and navigate at sea in Oahu.

You will head off to meet these majestic marine mammals. You will be able to get close to the whales without threatening the safety of their natural environment and you will be marvelled by their immense size. On your trip out to the sea, you will be offered snacks and cold drinks to help you fully enjoy your experience.

Options

While completing your reservation, you will be asked to chooose your time depending on your departure port:

  • 8am: Kewalo and Waikiki Ports
  • 1:30pm: Waianae Port on the west coast of Oahu

Important information

  • Seasonal activity: available from December to March only (migration period)
  • Availability: everyday except Wednseday (and excluding exceptional dates)
  • Departure times and locations:
    • Waikiki/Honolulu: Kewalo Port - departing at 8am
    • West Oahu: Waianae Port - departing at 1:30pm
    • Duration: 2 hours
  • Obersving the whales is guaranteed. If you don't see any on the day of your activity, you will be able to attend another cruise for free (no refunds)
  • The service provider is qualified in the respect and preservation of marine species
