Description

Discover the history, tradition and hospitality of the Polynesian Islands at the famous Polynesian Cultural Centre!

Both a theme park and truly lively museum, The Polynesian Cultural Centre is a unique space where you can discover the culture of the Pacific Islands. Even walk around the different villages which show the various Polynesian native cultures of Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tonga and Tahiti.

In every village, different activities will be available. For example you will be able to leave with a temporary Hawaiian tattoo, canoe in a lagoon, attend a fishing lesson or Hawaiian dance lesson, or even learn to play the ukelele!

The Polynesians will share with you their customs and let you admire their handmade jewellery. They will also show you the plants they use to make clothes with. This fun and cultural visit is not to be missed during your stay in Hawaii!

When booking, you will be asked to choose your ticket among the following options:

  • Island admission only: free access to the cultural center facilities and activities
  • Admission with show : free access to the cultural center facilities and activities + general seating "HA: The Breath of Life" night show
  • Admission with dinner and show : free access to the cultural center facilities and activities + 1 buffet dinner (Gateway Restaurant) + general seating "HA: The Breath of Life" night show

Good to know

  • Availability: Monday to Saturday (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Opening times: 12:45-midday–6pm for the cultural center activities / up yo 9pm gor the dinner-show
  • Duration: Open visit
  • Location: Polynesian Cultural Centre (north Oahu)
  • You will be asked to present your ID card at the entrance of the park
