Set off to Southwest National Park for a day of discovery in Tasmania’s largest reserve renown for its well preserved and isolated nature and wildlife!
At the airfield, you will board a small tourist plane that will take you to the Southwest National Park. During the flight, you will be able to admire the coastline as well as the breathtaking natural landscapes while listening to the commentary from your guide.
Once landed at the local airfield and on solid ground, you will begin your excursion. Free of human activity, the region is magnificently preserved and nature dominates.
Throughout the day, go on several walks to discover the local flora and fauna. Take a boat trip along the coast and breathe in the pure air of the area.
Take a lunch break and savour various local specialties including seafood, cheese and wine before returning to Hobart by plane at the end of the day.
