Description

Go back in time and explore London's haunted streets!

Thanks to your guide's informed commentary you will learn everything there is to known about the city's most famous criminals and ghosts.

Get on board a vintage double-decker bus and enjoy a tour of Westminster Abbey, Tower Hill and the Old Bailey, the main places where executions took place.

You will pass by the London Royal Hospital, where the Elephant Man was born, and your guide will tell you the story of Mrs Lovett and her famous pies which contained human meat. Not to mention her accomplice, the cut-throat barber.

Then get off the bus for a short walk around Smithfield Market and it's paved streets. Shiver with fear as you learn about the story of the ghost of Cock Lane who has haunted the streets for more than 250 years.

As it gets darker, you will head to the East End, a hotspot for debauchery and crime in 19th-century London. You will follow in the footsteps of Jack the Ripper, who terrorised the area in 1888.

Then head to the Sherlock Holmes pub and enjoy the warmth! Surrounded by a wealth of objects related to the famous detective, you may have something to eat or have a last drink with your guide (optional and at your own expense).*
