Discover the Guggenheim Museum in New York City, with its exceptional architecture as well as works of art within!
The New York Museum is the most well known museum that was opened by the Solomon R. Guggenheim foundation. It contains large collection of works, which are primarily focused on modern art. One can also find avant-garde art such as that produced by Kandinsky.
The Guggenheim Museum has thousands of pieces, but can only exhibit some of them at a time. The Guggenheim is interesting not only for the art work, but also for the architecture of the museum itself, which was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Visitors will follow a spiral path: enter the Guggenheim at the top, and make your way to the bottom using the spiral staircase that also serves to exhibit the art!

- Availability: every day except Thursdays (excluding exceptional dates)
- Opening times: 10am – 5:45pm, closes 7:45pm on Saturdays. Last possible entry 30 minutes before closing time
- It is recommended that you pick a date to visit when reserving your ticket, but know that the visit may take place anytime within a year of purchase.
- Saturday between 5:45pm and 7:45pm entree is free (Visitors are invited to pay what they want) The museum is often very busy during this time, with long waiting lines. Visitors are encouraged to avoid this time if they have reserved a ticket
- Depending on availability, there may be multimedia guides available for free; however they are not automatically included. Visitors may ask for them in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish
This activity can be cancelled free of charge until the day before the scheduled date. After this time and in the case of a no-show, you will be charged in full for the activity.
