You will be picked up directly from your hotel and then taken to the historic market of Via Cola di Renzo, founded in 1928. You will be greeted by your guide-chef who will reveal the tastes and smells of Italy and its best produce.
When you leave the market, you will be able to choose between Italian pasta or pizza making.
With the chef, you will then cook the dish of your choice while learning all about the secrets of Italian cooking.
Finally, you will then taste what you have cooked and enjoy some specially selected wine from the Lazio region.
