Your ticket is a dated ticket with a specific time, it cannot be used for another time or date other than that specified on your voucher
Your tickets are non-transferable, and cannot be used for a date and time other than that indicated on your voucher
At the time of booking, you will be asked to indicate the full name, gender, date, place and country of birth of all participants
You can stay as long as you like in the museums, until they close at 6 pm
Any exit is a definitive exit
Any person benefiting from a reduced rate (child), will have to present a receipt, under penalty of being refused entry to the museums, without possible refund, and having to pay the full rate on the spot
Students under 26 can benefit from a reduced rate, not available on Ceetiz
People with disabilities over 74% can benefit from free admission, on presentation of proof
All participants must show proof of identity
In order to respect the places of worship you will be visiting, we ask that you refrain from wearing flip-flops, open sandals, shorts, skirts that stop above the knees or sleeveless clothing
Please note that anyone contravening the dress code may be refused access to the Vatican, with no possibility of refund
