Venture to the heart of the rainforest in British Columbia for a week of watching grizzly bears in their natural habitat!
Departing from Port Hardy, climb aboard a seaplane and head to the Great Bear Rainforest, north of Vancouver Island. Then, settle in to your ecolodge, built on stilts on the edge of a river that is home to salmon.
This is the ideal setting to watch bears in their natural habitat. Spend a calm and relaxing week in the heart of nature. Your days will be organized around two bear watching sessions: one in the morning and one at the end of the day. The remaining time will be dedicated to exploring the region on foot or by boat, to the sound of your guide’s commentary.
For lunch and dinner, you will enjoy delicious, organic, gourmet meals.
You will return to Port Hardy on the 7th day in the late afternoon.
