Description

Come and explore Vancouver in an out-of-the-ordinary way! In the capable hands of a professional guide, set off for a kayak or standup paddleboard ride by night!

Your tour will begin just before nightfall. You’ll be able to admire the sunset over the bay.

Built-in lights on your kayak or standup paddleboard will then light up, allowing you to continue your activity in the dark and end the day on a relaxing note.

  • Availability: Friday and Saturday, from early June to early September
  • Duration: 1 hr. 30 mins
  • Languages: English
  • Times: 8:45pm from early June to late July; 8:15pm from late July to early August; 7:45pm in August; 7:15pm early September
  • Departure point: Granville Island

 

  • To take part in this activity, simply present your voucher to the service provider on the day
  • Children under the age of 10 years may not paddle
  • Children under 15 years who want to paddle must be in the front of a double kayak accompanied by an adult over 19 years
  • The local service provider may ask to see a valid piece of ID
  • If you wish to paddle on your own, you must be experienced. You may be asked to demonstrate your lifesaving skills
  • Participants must be aged 13 years or over to go paddleboarding
  • Beginners may have a lesson from a qualified instructor (for a supplementary fee)
  • The tour is subject to change or cancellation in the event of adverse weather conditions
